Botanics Skincare Range from Boots:

FullSizeRender          FullSizeRender (2)

I have been talking a lot over on my snapchat about the Botanics range from Boots lately. As a new Mam, it is my mission to save on pocket but not sacrifice on quality. I have normal/dehydrated skin so obviously I can only give you my opinion on what I found worked best for me. It also depends on time of year (my skin is very dry in winter) and lifestyle, for example if you are working in an air conditioned office all day this can effect the condition of your skin. I also found throughout pregnancy my skin became quite oily in areas and extra sensitive. I’ve been trying and testing some products over the past few weeks from the Botanics All Bright range and also two choices from the hydrating organic range as listed below. I am absolutely loving the range so far with one particular absolute favourite product.  The skincare ranges are highly affordable with many products on special offer at the moment! So get in to your local Boots store quick before they return to original price!

Firstly here is the recommended range depending on your skin type:

All Bright Range: recommended for normal to dry skin

Radiant Youth: recommended for fine lines and radiance

Triple Age Renewal: recommended for deep lines and wrinkles

Shine away: recommended for oily to combination skin

Ultra Calm: recommended for sensitive skin

Below I have put together a little snippet of each of the products that I have used:

All Bright Radiance Balm: Was €7.99 now €3.99

This is my FAVOURITE product. It is honestly the next best thing to MAC’s strobe cream which I have bought time and time again & retails in Brown Thomas for €33.50!!! It gave my skin a radiant, dewy, glowing complexion that has a velvety touch at a very reasonable price. It does minimise signs of stress and fatigue. Apply to freshly cleansed skin before make up (if applying make up) It can be quite runny so just be careful when opening! Also, a little goes a long way!

All Bright purifying Face Scrub: was €5.99 now €2.99

This exfoliating scrub contains tiny grains ( ground walnut shells) which remove dead skin cells. It is recommended to exfoliate about 2-3 times per week depending on skin type. After cleansing, apply a small amount of scrub to the skin and use light circular motions avoiding the eye area which can be too sensitive. Rinse thoroughly to reveal super soft skin.

All Bright Cleansing Foam Wash: was €5.99 now €3.00

While this is not a fantastic make up remover in my opinion, it is a fantastic way to wash away impurities and leave your skin feeling really fresh and clean.

80 % Organic Hydrating Eye Cream: €13.49

Use ring finger to dab lightly a small amount of eye cream on the brow bone and under eye area both in the morning and evening. This also contains nourishing rosehip oil which hydrates and also helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

All Bright Serum:

A serum is a fantastic way to include added hydration to your daily skincare routine.Apply a couple of drops directly to the skin before applying moisturiser or add a couple of drops to you day or night cream to enhance the effects.

80 % Organic Hydrating Day Cream: €12.99

The day cream and it leaves the skin feeling hydrated and dewy. It contains nourishing Rosehip oil and also enriched with cocoa butter and jojoba oil.

All Bright Hydrating Night Cream: Was €6.99 now €3.50

The night cream brightens and hydrates the skin over night. Hyaluronic acid boots moisture levels and the hibiscus leaves a delightful pink hue on the skin. It’s not too heavy but really hydrating and leaves the skin dewy with a light glow.
